1 Solar Panel Mounting kit with 100mm Tall channels

Mounting kit Package includes following products:
1. Micro channel 100x70x35mmx150mm x 4 nos
2.Spring nut x 4 nos
3.35mm end clamps x 4 nos
4.Allen bolt 30MM x 8 nos

5. 8 no grips

6. 8 no rivets

Steps for TIN roof solar panel mounting.

Step 1: Fix the tall channels on the TIN roof with rivets and grips.

4 tall channel for each solar panel, total 4 nos.
8 grips and 8 rivets to fix the channel on to the ridged roof.

Tall channel 100x70x35mm x 4 no’s for the solar panel

 

Step 2: Insert the Spring nut in to the groove of the micro channel.

 

Spring nut x 4 nos – one for each channel

 

Step 3: Fit the end clamps for outer end of the panel fastening to the panel frame.

Step 4: Fasten the Allen bot to the Spring nut on middle clamps and end clamps

Allen bolt 30MM x 8 nos

 

When to choose 300MM, 150MM, 100MM micro channels?

150MM Channel will not bridge between the ridges, in that case, you will need 300MM channels for 1feet ridged roofs.

Choose 100MM channels if the ridges are more than 1 feet apart.
